David was pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, ANPAC was much higher than other companies and I had to make a change. That's when things went downhill. I asked David to cancel my auto policies effective April 16th, 2015. He failed to do so and I was billed for coverage I didn't want and had purchased from a different company. ANPAC sent a letter asking for proof that I had made a change and if I sent it they would remove the charges. So I guess this would mean that if I had coverage from a different provider ANPAC really didn't provide coverage after all? Now they've given it to a collection agency. David didn't do his job and is attempting to collect money for a product I didn't wish to buy. I'll complain to the state Attorney General. I wouldn't do business here.
I have bundled my home and auto insurance with David Haymes and Haymes Insurance Agency. They have exceeded not only my expectations but have also managed to find a policy that gives me twice the coverage of my previous policy and costs significantly less than I was paying before. You owe it to yourself to at the very least to allow David and his team to review your existing policy and give them a shot at your business. You'll be glad you did!
I have used David for my auto and home insurance for a couple of years now. Before that, I just kept renewing my old policy over and over again without professional reviews.
